Hi, I'm italian and I live near lake Garda. In May the weather is warm and some days is hot. It doesn't rain so much. I want to give you an Idea: you have to go to GARDALAND, is a big park and you will enjoy!

Hi! I live in Rome and i can tell you that in italy, in may, it's always sunny and sometimes rainy too. Dipends where are you:
-in mountains it's normal there and it's sunny.
-in hill it's always sunny but sometimes could rain
-near the beach it's sunny and rainy |

It was unusually pretty wet and miserable last year in May so hopefully that will be a one off.
By mid-June it was too hot for comfort even around the Lake Garda area - we spent most of our hotel days just standing in the hotel pool.
Venice was very hot, with high humidity in mid-June. Thank goodness for bars with air con!
Unless the weather is wet, think about visiting Verona - a night at the Opera in the Roman amphithetre is an amazing experience. |

I live near Garda Lake..
in May the weather is hot, about 20-22°..
I recommend you bringh, actually, a raincoat, because in the lake area sometimes rains, overall if you go out for a ride..
I hope you visit Verona, is only 30 km from Garda Lake
