I was there in January and I thought is was perfect. 55-60 degrees, no lines to get in anywhere, and cheap.
Wear lots of black and the women seem to love the look of knee high boots (flat or heels, didn't matter) paired with a trench length jacket. I liked the look so much, that's what I'll still wear this winter.
