Of course in Italian shows people speaks fast for a foreign.
Le Iene Show is very interesting for the arguments and because sometimes it's subtitled (so is useful for someone who is studying italian), but they speak fast.
If you need slowly and clearly shows maybe you have to watch kid's shows. They are not so interesting for an adult, but they are easy to understand.

you can watch telefilms like I cesaroni or Un medico in famiglia

Try watching the news, they speak correctly and you can distinguish the words usually. Or some of the shows that have been dubbed are also good but it's sometimes hard to understand cause their lips move differently of course.

The best source I would say is the news.
