If it's really nice I would take a hydrofoil to Ischia and go to the beach!

go to the train station and see how many people get robbed! That place is a dump.. get out of there..

You can go to the port and take the ferry to Positano! That place is amazing and you can see it on one day. If you have another day go to Sorrento.

Take the boat to Ischia or Capri. Yes, get out of Naples. Ischia and Capri are both wonderful.
