9manties is true...it could be really friendly:
can be also used from a girl when say hello/goodbye to her best friend (girl) ...
or when you greet a baby girl..

you can use it to boy too in the same way, but is said "ciao bello" !

9manties
Ciao bella means both "hello beautiful" and "goodbye beautiful" in italian. Circumstances: Greeting or saying farwell to a beautiful woman. Many people use it in a friendly way--not necessarily designating sexual attraction.

Ciao bella is eventually Italian and it means Hi beautiful. It is usually said to a girl and it can be a greeting salutation if you want but it is more of an ending salutation.
Ciao !!

It means Hi or Bye beautiful. You'd say Ciao bella for a lady or Ciao bello for a man.

Buona fortuna

bye beautiful

"ciao bella" is typically used when you want to apreciate a girl that you meet somewhere casually...only as expression of admiration or to stop her trying to talk with her. isn't rude and it can be funny as well.
