Thier are many advantages and disadvantages, let me explain,
Advantages
1) they have the best food in the world, includeing fresh fruits, fresh bread.
2) I view the people as fantastic, because once they get to know you well then thier is no difference rather you are American or any other nationality.
3) You have to understand I lived in Italy for 13 Years and speak Italian very fulently and got to know the people, language, chacteristics, culture and so on and I was married to a Italian girl for 5 years.
4) Women are Beautiful and so what shy
I could go on and on.
Disadvantages
Are a so long period of time you get home sick. let me tell you thier are places that stay open all night, thier is no 7 Eleven around every coner and thats just a figure of speach but I think you get my understanding of what I am saying.

I lived in Italy for 3 years. It was great. Everything is different than living in the states. Less crime, better tasting fruits and vegtables, people are kind. Great clothes and shoes. Healthcare is not as good.
