Hi Ann! Nice to know you! I am an italian girl who lives near Milan, so I am quite prepared on this issue.
Malpensa is about 25 minutes by train from the center of Milan.
Orio al Serio is an airport near Bergamo, which is not really close to Milan. The distance is 1 hour by train.

You can take a train from Malpensa to Milano Cadorna (25 minutes, more or less). Then you can take the subway (red line) until Centrale, the train station.
There you find a bus directly to Orio al Serio. There is one every 30 minutes from 4 a.m. until 23:30 p.m.
The price is 6.90 euros for adults and 3.45 for children until 12.

Hope to be helpful.
:-)

Malpensa is very vulnerable to fog. so bear that in mind when you book!

Hello,
from Milan Malpensa (near Varese city) and Orio al serio( Bergamo city) there are 90 km. about 1 1/2 hors.depending the traffic.
You may go by Bus (ask into the airport) or rent a car. Tell me if you need more details
