If you arrive at Fiumicino, take the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini (11 euro; 31 min). If you arrive at Ciampino; you can take a bus to Roma Termini or a bus to the Ciampino train station and a train to Termini.

there are two airports in Roma but regardless you can take the train I think it will cost you 20 Euros- do not take the bus

Vincenzo
There's the Leonardo Express (€ 11,00) from Airport to Roma Termini in 31 minutes) or Regionale (R) (€ 5,50) from airport to Roma Termini in 45 minutes.
