november 2005 -- tainy, cold and fairly grey! layers work best - i'd have a basic turtleneck, light sweater and a suede jacket (worked great against the wind) but did buy a scarf while i was there - the wind would whip quite a bit. then sometimes by mid afternoon it would be very nice and comfortable.
it was great for walking though!!!
