Italian men like practically any woman, and nationality doesn' t really matter. Anyway I can tell you that that the average Italian likes blonde girls with blue eyes (I'm talking about guys who live in Rome), even though this isn' t always true (for example, I DON' T like blonde girls with blue eyes, and I am Roman).
