From the first instance you see that Pisa is the name of the town where this tower was erected. The tower is actually part of a compound that includes a church, and it is found all in the "Piazza dei Miracoli", or "Miracle Square".
Pisa is a wonderful town not far from the Tuscan "Riviera", especially Viareggio. It is in the central region called Tuscany, and about 65 Km west of Florence. |

There is not much else in Pisa but the tower, but its a lovely sight! |
