What should I pack to wear in Italy in June Iam a 38 old female.?

I will be traveling with a tour group and know that when I am in the cathedrals your knees and shoulders must be covered. I'm not sure what the style and weather is like there.

It is very hot, see the website below for temperature averages. I would wear light colored clothing and loose.Bring a lot of water along and wear a hat!

Some of the churches will not even allow capri pants which surprised me, so bring light, long flowy bottom materials and tops can be tank tops and just throw something over it when you go in. It is going to be hot and wonderful.

The sunshine burns with temperatures well into the 80's F. throughout the day. Take plenty of very loose tops with one lightweight cardigan to cover your elbows if need be. Most will not require this. Carry plenty of bottled water. Have a great time and look out in the restaurants for the wild boar - fabulous........Beware of pickpockets.......

Comfortable walking shoes are important. You should not wear sandals unless you have very good ones and tough feet. I get blisters every visit.

June in Italy is very warm, but the humidity is bearable, so shorts and loose, comfortable pants are good. Short sleeve shirts work well too, but be sure to remember about the shoulder thing. A sleeveless shirt with another shirt with sleeves to go over it is good too.

i dont know what you should pack to wear, but you can pack me.... i would love to go to italy...

You can bring along a long skirt to wear over your shorts when you are visiting the cathedrals. Once the visit is done, pack your skirt in a back pack so you can stay cool all day. For shirts, a simple short sleeve t-shirt is fine to wear when visiting the cathedrals.

Many of the streets in the main tourist areas are uneven, bring comfortable walking shoes that have a rubber sole.

It's summer so just take light clothing as it will be quite hot. Make sure it's fashionable too.....they are all just so good looking and stylish over there. Always take a light sweater just in case although highly unlikely you will need it.

ITS VERY VERY HOT! And Im from Houston, so trust my judgement. Wear summer clothing and take a sweater to put on for the cathedrals. Most of them are well ventalated anyway so you wont burn up in doors.

It's hot normally here in june, but if you're planning to visit the alps, take a cruise or any boat or even stay out at night , in that case i suggest you take something warm to put on. A lot of part of Italy has a very humyd enviroment, so great temperature excursions are normal.
