the most easiest way of transportation here in italy is the train, it goes faster than a bus and im sure the cost might even be cheaper. from the port of livorno, the train station must not be too distant, find out when you reach there and either go by foot or if its too distanct catch a taxi to the train station and your set!
from livorno to florence by train it must be about an hour to two hours on train depending on which train you choose to take, the eurostar, the direct, the intercity or the regionale, check when you reach there. |

Which port? Florence is about an hour from Pisa which is on the coast. Get a Terravision bus from Pisa airport for a few euros. |
