Pretty much anything to eat in Italy is good (if not fantastic). If you haven't already, try a calzone....so yummy. Had one in Florence....if Florence wasn't interesting at all (which it is) or beautiful, I would still go back just for the calzones... |

Pasta con sarde, if you go to Sicily. It is the national dish there.
Otherwise, you will find all Italian food fine. Seafoods are exceptional. My wife and I went to Cortina a couple of years ago, and even in the winter we found great seafood.
Also, anything with lots of native cheeze. |

Turin Chocolate is something that is out of this world but is very difficult to find outside of Italy. Agnolotti is my best pasta and fritto misto is wonderful if you are not to squemish about eating the ingredients. |
