I have been to Rome twice and Florence, Assisi and Pisa once. I haven't ever seen a fast food place in any of them...thank goodness. I mean, I guess they have them but they're hidden. I know that there is a McDonalds in Turin.
I've also been to Switzerland and France...in France I didn't see a fast food place either, but in Switzerland I saw a lot (KFC included). LOL, and why do you care anyway when Italy is getting a KFC? Surely, if you are in Italy you'll want to try some Italian cuisine....it'd be silly to eat at a KFC.

I hope never. It is enough that McDonald's invaded Italy. KFC is not very healthy because it tastes so good that you'd die eating a full backet of it in one sitting.

if you want a fast and good food in Italy just take the take away pizza slices. It is also healtier.

Have you got stock in KFC or something? Italy should not get a KFC, it doesn't need more fast food... it needs slow food. Italy will change for the worse if if goes to a fast food mentality.

No they dont have one in Italy unless you are on a US military base and then some of the bases have them. I know from living here the Italitan that eat at them on base are not crazy about them and I dont ever see them openning them here. I know though they have either KFC or some other american chicken place in Baralona spain I saw it when I was there a few years ago.
