Late September/Early October, especially in Rome, where that period is famous for the good weather (it is called "ottobrata").
Early September if you want to see the northern part.

the best time to visit Italy is spring or autumn!
if you want to go around and visit, i wouldn't pick summer...way too hot! i live in Italy (northern Italy, where it's cooler than center or south) and last week we had 100 F!
April, may, september and october are the best months to visit!

The best time to visit Italy is in the sping, preferably before Easter. Summer is pretty hectic because it's full of tourists and prices go up. Fall is also okay, but the winters can be pretty miserable.

The better period is in autumn from aim sttembre to inzio November, because not there is too much cold… and then it is beautiful to see luminous the main ways of Italy adorned and… hello hello kisses from Marty

It is lovely in the spring or fall. Keep an eye on your money,
lots of petty crime (pickpockets, etc.) wanting to separate
you from your wallet...

i suggest to you to come in italy in spring or autumn... it's very suggestive, summer in italy is become really hot with a high percent of umidity.... i'm italian.... this year winter it's been really crazy we have temperature about 20°C, winter it's always about -10°C/0 max 10°C, so this year hasn't snow... i live about 20km at north of milan.... trust me...

My boyfriend is Italian, he goes every year for about a month to his family's house. He always goes around this time of the year, and complains about the heat. I'm guessing summer isn't the best time.

silviarossa85
spring time, maybe not around 25 april, is full of tourist everywhere because it's vacation time

kisses from italy
