If you live in Rome, you might consider yourself a Roman.
But if you don't, you (or at least your parents) are definitely from Lazio, since both Frosinone and "a little town near Rome" are in Lazio.

Why do you say you're not? What's wrong with it? Does it sound too "provincial" to you? Or are you associating the names with the two soccer teams, Roma and Lazio?
In any case, even all Romans are technically "laziali" as well, just as they are all Italians. You should know very well that Lazio is Rome's province. If you want to be really "from Rome", move to Rome.

In the meantime, just say you're an Italian "from near Rome": that's the most honest thing you can say, if you don't want to mention Lazio.

Depends on what city you were born in love. Your parents city doesn't matter unless you were born there also. Your nationality is yes, Italian. But where your from is the city you were born in and/or raised; some people consider both to be correct at the same time.

you are from Lazio, as Frosinone and Rome are in the Lazio region. What's wrong with that?
