If you like to go in not too obvious places, visit Poppi and Casentino (50 km from Firenze).

Hi,,,,,your in luck here,,,,,,,,1st.....Florence,,, the wonderful museums,,,, the dueamo and cathdral.. and good food ,,, and the friendliest people around ....Do you leather shopping here,,,,,for the best deals.....
Then go over to Pisa,, see the leaning tower,, shop around the city and have a great meal....
Then go to the next town trennia by the beach,,,, wonderful community... the beach and the Med Sea,,,,, and the womens bikini tops are optional...

Several other cities around,,, the best food and wine in all the country......have fun....

Vienna is realli nice & i realli liked florence bt in summer can b realli jam packed wiv traffic. thers this tiny village called poppi & its absoloutley adorable!

siena, definitely
florence, obviously.
san gimignano for the tall medieval turrets, and the wine.
volterra for the etruscan tombs.

i'm off there for two weeks soon, can't wait.

i've got to get through this week in venice first!
