I found them in bottles. Look for bottles instead of tins!
They will send you a large quantity from uk but not sure what site does it.

lots of local dishes with lovely creamy beans done the Italian way.
do try them, you'll never want Heinz beans again

sorry italian don't eat baked beans but big white o brown beans without sauce. good luck
if you can't stay without, find some space in your luggage for them.
