The Osteria del Pesce is great for seafood. It's at Campo de' Fiori. The fish comes fresh daily from Terracina.
Sa Tanca Crostaceria is also very excellent. http://www.crostaceria.com/index_eng.html
The Hosteria Antica Roma also has some interesting dishes incorporating seafood and is a great location on Via Appia Antica. http://www.anticaroma.it/
