Where is Italy´s Amalfi Coast?

We are planning to honeymoon at Lake Garda, but are keeping our options open. Where is the Amalfi coast in Italy?

Its on the other side of the bay of Naples. Its very nice but very touristie and only has shopping really the views are great but I don't know if its worth driving from Lake Garda to see it unless you do other things in the Naples area like Pompii or Mt. Veriuso.

the Amalfi Coast is a rugged coast on the Tirrenian see not far away from Naples. it is one of the best places in Italy and very very romantic.it looks like the houses are coming out from the cliffs, ready to dive into the blue waters below.
You can find in the small and elegant shops unbelievable things.good luck!!

South by Naples one day drive from Lake Garda.

It's in the Gulf of Salerno just south of Naples... on the Italian peninsula's south west coast.
If you have time you should do both the Italian north and south to take in the differences... and to enjoy a most picturesque lake and the blue waters of the Med.

amalfi coast is at the sud of italy...at Naples! it comprende sorrento, amalfi, positano it's very very beautiful!

Felicity???
In Naples at Southern side of Italy. <*-*>

ADD:
61km (38 miles) SE of Naples, 18km (11 miles) E of Positano, 34km (21 miles) W of Salerno, 272km (169 miles) SE of Rome

From its position at the slope of the steep Lattari hills, it overlooks the Bay of Salerno. The approach to Amalfi is dramatic, whether you come from Positano or from Salerno.

It's in a region called Campania. Napoli is also located in this region. If you decide to go, do not miss Positano. It's called "The Pearl of the Mediterranean Sea"...

Garda is beautiful...I've seen some spectacular views from Amalfi! Visit this site http://www.turismoregionecampania.it

I wish you a wonderful stay..

(Avoid Naples, please...)
