Where is the cheapest property in Italy?

Hi, I run a property portal dedicated only to properties for sale in Italy and I'm Italian myself.

One of the answer above is right, Basilicata, Calabria, Puglia and other southern regions of Italy have really low prices but you'd be surprised how cheap can be prices in other very popular regions such as Sardinia and Tuscany. In Sardinia, if you have a look at the western part of Sardina, in the province of Oristano, or in south Sardinia you can find surprisingly good bargains... In Tuscany if you have a look in the northern part of the region, in an area called Lunigiana, which is mainly the territory of the province of Massa Carrara, the prices are still very affordable.

If you want to, you can have a look at my website and have a look at some properties and also get in touch directly with estate agents in Italy and ask them all the information you nedd...

The site is http://www.gate-away.com

Hi!
I'm italian..so..the cheapest place here is in the southern italy, like Campania,Calabria,Puglia etc. But there's a lot of problem in the South..like mafia etc.
I live in the Northen Italy,Verona,Veneto, you know?
Is a really nice city..and a house cost to150,000 from 350-400,000 euro..so trust me come in the north!
Anyway,in North Italy there's not ghetto or something like.. that,in the South there's only bad places..The only italian's ghetto is in Rome, but is a Jewish Ghetto..really expensive..
Bye bye
