you cannot think that where nice sun, nice beaches, nice restaurant are, aren't many tourists :)
it will be so in june or september.
you sould tell me how many days and in which period. anyway i'd advice you:
pantelleria
lampedusa
isole tremiti
north sardinia (not in tourists places)
cilento (acciaroli, palinuro, marina di camerota, scario)
le cinque terre
argentario
isola d'elba

they are all wonderful places.

?
I would highly recommend anywhere in the Amalif coast.
Google it, find a city and go. Very beautiful!!!
The only thing is there will be lots of tourists.
Cinqueterre would be good to, but again probably lots of tourists. Maybe Lake Como.

Aside from the not many tourists part (which seems to be everywhere), the island of Capri seems to fit the bill perfectly. My brother and his wife went there on their honeymoon and had a wonderful time.

I'd stay in Sorrento or Amalfi................

Gentleman
The Amalfi Coast, even if there will not be few tourists, but it's worth it.

Go to Cefalu in Sicily, fantastic and beautiful, romantic. Or, go to Riomaggiore in Liguria, also very nice and romantic but no sand beach. Rimoaggiore is a walking only town on the rough coast, no roads, only accessible by train or walking down from the main road.

calabria, in southern italy, has same of the best beaches in the world. sicily is right there also, so you can take the ferry over.
