First I have to say that the "difference" between northern and southern people in Italy is always been exagerated due to Politics reasons and racisms....is not that sharp really...after this I can easily say that in the south you will find more good looking girls and women because more variety of kind of features (Dark, blondes, red heads very various and fabulous eyes) and the fact to be more smiling and friendly helps a lot...region like Puglia, Calabria and Sicily are simply on the top of it....at least if we talking about "natural" beauty...if we talk about surgery or "saloon" beauty maybe the matter change a bit

Phil: you so wrong...lots of blondes with blue eyes in the south as well...more...in some parts of north Italy are more brunettes than lots parts of the south...the good is that you find very variety below Rome....and the best one! think that in the south they are all dark and brunette is a stereotype...very false...and anyway the difference is not so big...you would hardly distinguish a woman from north and a woman from south...very hardly...this issue is all been exagerated by those racists ones...

obviously, i think that italy is a fantastic place to live and in my opinion both the north and the south are pretty girls!!!!
for some people south girls can be more beautiful, but i think that it's because tourist often visit only southern italy and can't see the pretty northern girls!!!!
please sorry me for my english!!! i know it's horrible!!!
also in northern italy girls have wonderful eyes, for example: i had lived near bergamo and milan since i was born and i've green eyes and blond/brown hair!!!!!!!
i give you an advice: visit both north and south!!!!!! you'll meet pretty girls in both this places!!!!

There are beautiful women wherever you go, if you have eyes for them.

I think the north of Italy is where you'll find a slightly more diverse array of beautiful women, but they show a whole lot more of themselves in the south. So if you want to see beautiful faces, go north. If you just want to look at cleavage, go south.

Well, there are beautiful girls in all parts of Italy. Generally speaking, girls from the north tend to have lighter skin and light-colored eyes, and girls from the south tend to have more of the olive-skin tone and dark hair and eyes. Both can be very beautiful. Of course not all girls from the north look the same and not all girls from the south look the same. It really depends on what type of beauty you prefer.
