Will someone PLEASE translate these lines from English to Italian WITHOUT using an online translator?

These are lines for a housing agent character in my skit. She needs to be speaking formal Italian that is grammatically correct. So, please translate only if you actually know Italian fluently. Thank you.

Here we are at our last place in the city of Florence, the capital of Tuscany. It is known for its famous paintings, sculptures, and buildings. You can easily walk 10 minutes to the Duomo.

You posted another question like this one, but you haven't seen my (perfect) answer.
Now I answer again, even if I know that you consider only milanina9427's answer.

In the other question, milanina9427 has done a horrible italian mistake.
In the phrase
"There’s a hole on the wall that we can see the neighbors from in here"
she translated with "C'è un buco nel muro che noi possiamo vedere i vicini da qui"...
It's a very bad italian. It's not correct. The correct form is

Hi! Here we go again!
So...

Potete (or "puoi" it depends if you are talking with a one persone or with a group) facilmente camminare dieci minuti per il Duomo.
Bye!

P.S. I am italian but I live in London.
