The last two weeks of September are ideal because the tourist rush is over. Hotels get cheaper, the lines get shorter, and the weather is ideal. |

In comparison to Las Vegas in the summer, Rome will be a little cooler, expect good weather with highs in the 80s. That is the end of tourist season, so there will still be long lines at the tourist stuff. For the most part hotel prices will be the same as the summer, and place tickets too. If you want to save some money plan for October, its off season but still nice. Hotels and plane flights will cost less. Just an FYI. |
