Hello,
Some of the best are the Hassler at the Spanish Steps and the Hilton Cavalieri behind the vatican. These are both 5 star hotels and offer excellent service and wonderful rooms. They are also very expensive. If price doesn't mean that much to you then stay at one of these hotels. You will be taken care of and have lots of amenities at your fingertips. The hilton has two pools and a spa with an exercise room. It also has one of the best restaurants in town, Le Pergola. |

A friend and I stayed at hotel Marghera. It's really cute and the breakfast is pretty good. They staff are nice. It's also not too expensive. Origionally, we planned to stay at Hotel Marco Polo. This is a pension. When we arrived, they told us that they didn't have room for us due to construction, so instead they put us up at this hostel. The hostel costs 30 euro. In addition to this, they did not want to give us a discount. They wanted to charge us the same price that we paid to stay at Marco polo. (140 euro). |

We stayed at the Hotel 47 in Rome in May and can't say enough great things about it. It was about $400/night, with everything included (a phenomenal breakfast, pleasant, helpful & friendly staff, and VAT), and is a truly terrific place to stay. |

Exedra is my only choice! Perfect location, not too far from Termini and right on Piazza Repubblica and by the end of Via Nazionale. The historical building itself is worth very Euro spent and the food and service were of the highest standard. |
