Yes and Yes. There is a very sizable community of Asians in Nicaragua, particularly in Managua, the capital. Most of them are Chinese however. There are many Korean restaurants here, you'll even find Korean markets, i know of one which i've been to in Managua around Bello Horizonte. There is a good Korean restaurant in that area as well.
