10 months out of 12 the Pacific side is the best but September and sometimes either May or October are the exceptions--at those times it may actually rain more in the Central Valley or Pacific side.

Definitely Pacific (Central and North) unless you're going on September or October which is the nice season for the Caribbean side..

On the Pacific side you may go to Montezuma, Mal Pais, Santa Teresa, Coyote, Conchal...

go to pacific side.. its dryer there, the carribean side is very humid you sweat a lot... but the pacific side is very nice...
and you get a nice tan hahaa...
