Yes, Inti Raymi on June 24th which is the old Inca party of the worshipping of the sun. Then the Señor de los Milagros every October, Virgen de la Candelaria, Virgen de Chapi, Santa Rosa de Lima (August 30), Independance day (28th July), Carnival (depending on the Catholic calendar), All Sainst day (Nov. 1st), Battle of Ayacucho (Oct. 8th) and so on. These are some I remeber when I lived in Lima for 4 years during the late 90's.

They have a big one for their independence day. I don't remember when it is, but it's like at the end of July-beginning of August. It's really neat. I was there almost 4 years ago.
