ok, so yesterday i was talking to my mom and she sais something so typically hispanic. She says i should not eat sugar at night b/c of something called "bichos". i have no idea what that means and she could not explain it to me.
Can anyone explain to me what "bichos" are and what they have to do with sugar? Additional Details she said it in a way that mean it seem as if the bichos live within the body!
In Colombia they beleive that if you eat sugar before you sleep bugs will be attracted to the smell. Ants, cockroaches, and others.
I dont personally buy it, but Im not all that keen on waking up with a cockroach in my mouth either.
