Any true colombians here?
I used to eat this colombian snack all the time that came in a clear little potato chip bag and inside there were either little balls or rings of puffed up crunchy bread that tasted really cheesy. They were a light yellow color. Does ANYONE know the name of these? I think it might be along the lines of rosquitos de queso or besitos de queso.. any help?
There's two different snack's you're referring to. Rosquitas, which are the rings and Besitos which are the little balls.

Not by my own choice I am not a "true" anything.....

I love those! yes, the round balls are called besitos de queso, and the rings are rosquitos. Rosquitos de queso are usually a sort of baked good... not usually junk food. Bringing up this snack with colombians could potentially confuse them as to what you're talking about.
