Colombia produces the best coffee of the world. the coffee is cultivated in small mountainous properties. the production is family and done in a craft way what guarantees the excellent quality of the product. It is different from the coffee produced in Brazil that is the largest world producer, they put has high mechanization degree that guarantees great production.
Colombia also has a lineage of name horses "PASO FINO" that is a presentation horse with a very refined gallop. and also due to its soft trot it is very suitable for the work in the crop of the Coffee.

forget about the drugs, the "insecurity" and everything bad you might have heard about Colombia, I think is one of the coolest countries of the world!

Fact: Colombians are the nicest people you´ll ever meet
Fact: Bogotá is one of my favorite cities in the wolrd! So much safer that other capitals, fantastic weather, tons of things to do
Fact: The colombian Coast (Barranquilla, Santa marta, cartagena) is amazing, beaches there are to die for... Tayrona national Park is one of the coolest places I have ever been to!
Fact: Juan Valdez is sooo much better than Starbucks
Fact: "The only risk if visiting Colombia is wanting to stay" (official promotion)
Fact: Colombian rum is really good, specially Ron Antigua de Caldas
Fact: A "bandeja paisa" (national dish) is just too big for one person!
Fact: There is indeed a drug problem, but it is nothing compare with all the nice things from this country

Well yes, Colombia is the world's largest coca cultivator. Just as the US, UK or Germany are the world's largest drug consumers. But that doesn't mean there isn't anything interesting to say about any of those countries.

You could talk about how Colombia's biodiversity. It has 10% of all species in the world, the highest rate of endemisms (species that aren't found anywhere else) and the second most bio-diverse country in the world, after Brazil (which is impressive, since Brazil's total area is about 7 times larger than Colombia's).

You could talk about its culture, too. It holds the Ibero-American Theater Festival, the largest in the world. It's held every two years, and invites groups from over 40 countries. Many of its activities are free for the public.

Hope it helps.
