Are there jobs in Colombia for someone with a degree in psychology?
I'm trying to be with someone in Colombia, and one option is for me to move down there. I'm very close to a bachelor's degree in psychology and am currently learning spanish. Are there any decent paying jobs available? I'll continue going to school in order to earn my Master's and possibly a phd. I'm desperate to find a way to make this relationship work
Join the club...there are thousands of people who have these same thoughts, but the reality is... its not very easy to do.
Considering the unemployment rate in Colombia is about 15% and the population here is very educated, with many people who hold bachelors and masters degrees unemployed....I'd say you shouldn't expect much if anything in the field of psychology. Especially if you don't speak Spanish all that well. Foreign language teaching is probably the easiest way to get a job here for foreigners, but you probably shouldn't expect to make more than about 2 million pesos a month. You can live on that, but it's not much.
Maybe consider being a student if you can find a scholarship or other educational benefit that will help make it economically possible.

I'm not sure about the psych degree but I would suggest seeing if there are any of those teaching abroad programs. If you find a decent one you will be hooked up with a job and a place. Maybe there is a program that will send you to Colombia

You are desperate to move to another country with a language you are "learning" and a culture that is foreign? I hardly think you would have any luck there in psychology. Go if you must but don't expect too much.
