Punta del Este in Uruguay.
Morrocoy in Venezuela.
Viña del Mar in Chile.
Esmeralda y Salinas in Ecuador.
Mancora and Colan in Peru.
Rio and Buzios in Brasil.
And the wonderful ones in the Colombian caribbean. There are so many, the best thing about South american beaches is that you have beaches in the Pacific, Atltantic and Caribbean.

Cartagena and San Andres in Colombia have pristine beaches...both located on the Carribean....
I cannot leave out Punta_del_Este in Uruguay....

Tayrona Park in Santa Marta, Colombia is the second most beautiful beach in the world. Cartagena is great and San Andres has the beach of the 7 colors...Colombia is great!!! Rio de Janeiro is really good also..it is the most famous beach in the world.
