I was born and live here in Buenos Aires, Playa del Carmen is a Beach City, Buenos Aires is a really beutifull big city, with very good places to visit, lots of theaters, lots art galleries, very good gastronomy wieh very nice places to go out, lots of bars, its like an European Capital City or as New York. I have been to Buenos Aires twice. It's a great city and would be a great city to study in. Great cites and history, very modern and beautiful. There are plenty of people that speak English fluently and are always willing to help. Buenos Aires would be a good choice.

Yes, I've been to Buenos Aires. It's an awesome city and the people are pretty friendly. There are so many places to visit and see while there! I don't know where Playa del Carmen is, but out of all the latin american countries I've visited so far, the Argentine people are my favorite!.
