I can give you a few numbers and you can call and decide yourself. Been going there for years but have never had Dental work. I know some Gringos that live there year round and they told me who they use.

Go to Google and type in:

I came up with many of them.

Last year when I went down I used Dr. Mario Garita. I was very impressed with his office and staff. I received a cleaning, single extraction & temp crown while I was there. I also got an evaluation and estimate for the rest of the work I need done: crown replacements and porcelain veneers. He offers all the services that you have listed. His prices are good, he specialized in implants although he's a full service dentist.

If you google his name, you'll probably get lots of reviews and stuff. He's a pretty popular dentist.
