You can but you will have to take a ferry from Columbia to Panana. |

There is a fifty some mile stretch between Colombia and Panama that is primitive jungle and you cannot cross it by car. There was a ferry service introduced in 1995 but it is no longer in service. You would have to send your car by ship and fly the leg between Colombia and Panama. Other wise, yes, you can cover the rest of the distance by car. |

It is really difficult, almost imposible, since in order for you to go to Mexico (North America), first you need to reach Central America and the only posible way to go(by car) from south america to central america is from Colombia to Panama. And I'm not sure you know, but what divides Panama and Colombia is called the Darien Gap, a large swath of undeveloped swampland and forest, it measures just over 160 km (100 miles) long and about 50 km (30 miles) wide. There is no existing road connection through the Darién Gap connecting North/Central America with South America. It is therefore the missing link of the Pan-American Highway.on the Colombian side is dominated primarily by the river delta of the Atrato River, which creates a flat marshland at least 80 km (50 miles) wide, half of this being swampland. The Panamanian side, in sharp contrast, is a mountainous rain forest, with terrain reaching from 60 m (200 ft MSL) in the valley floors to 1845 m (5900 ft MSL) at the tallest peaks (Cerro Tacarcuna).
Hope that helped: You still could, you just need to be an expert driver and have a 4x4.
I suggest you go by airplane |

No, There is a stretch of dense jungle between Panama and Colombia called the Darien Gap where no road has been built. Otherwise the Pan-American Highway streches from Alaska through Chile. I'm sure there are Ferry's that you can take from Panama to Colombia, but there is a significant stretch where you aren't driving. |

Yes. It will take time, though, as the roads are poor and bridges constantly get washed out. |
