I go to Costa Rica regularly. I love it there. The landscaping is beautiful, the people are always smiling and the wildlife is incredible. There are all kinds of activities: zip lining, white water rafting, hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, and hundreds more. There are beaches, mountains, volcanoes, hot springs, rain forests, cloud forests, monkeys, sloths, iguanas, tucans, and so much more.

You will have fun. If you have specific questions, feel free to shoot me and email and I'll do my best to answer them.

i am going in February! I'm going to nosara. i have heard always where shoe's!!! Watch for snakes on the ground, but most will not harm you. I have also heard there is a zip-line that is supposed to be amazing. Go on that, i am for sure. Other than that just have a good time, enjoy the beach and the weather!!!

Having spent some time in both Costa Rica and Ecuador I have found that a great source for information about traveling Latin America is VIVA travel guides. Here is a link to their website: www.vivatravelguides.com/

Depending on the area you are visiting and the type of place you stay at you may need to purchase bug repellant. The first place i ever stayed there we had mosquitos and chitre. Dont keep all your money in one place or flash open your wallet when paying for something. I have never ran into any real troubles in Costa Rica.
