I would agree with Arroz con pollo although it's the same as the Spanish arroz con pollo.

Costa Rica is also known for coffee, cafe rica, and at one time bananas before most of the crop got wiped out by disease.

Argentina - Empanadas, Alfajores y Vacio
Venezuela - Arepas
Spain - Paella
Costa Rica - Tilapia, Pollo Con Arroz

Costa Rica: gallo pinto (basically their rice and beans in the morning. they have it every morning sort of like us with our bacon or sausage), pejibayes (it's their national fruit. americans think it's nasty, but they love it), and arroz con pollo (rice with chicken. you can get it everywhere).

SORRY, I DON´T SPEEK ENGLISH WELL.

Argentina-Asado
Spain-Paella
