We will be in CR for a month this Feb.......We need to take a vote on the very best zip line in the country.....we can travel to that location and say we did the best......thanks......... |

Id say Sky Trek in Monte Verde because its up in the cloud forest and its not so hot like in the beach and its not just zip lining, its a little bit of hiking they have like 12 different zip lines, the highest and longest also it the only zip line where you dont put the brakes with your hand to stop like other where you cna cut your hand. With Sky Trek they have a break system thats a lot safer and better. Also from one of the points in the Sky Trek tour you can see both the atlantic and pacific ocean at the same time from the top on a clear sky day.
You will love it and if you hafve kids they will too. Plus if you take the SKy Trek tour for like $2 more you can take the Serpant Tour in the Serpant Zoo in Monte Verde where they have all kind of snakes and reptiles of Costa RIca. |

i'd say... san lorenzo.
that place has the longest one in costa rica,
also there are lots of zips lines there that goes through a mist in the forest

There is no such thing as a bad zip line. But I've done the ones in Monteverde & the Manual Antonio and they were both really good. I do like the Monteverde ones the best though. |

I did the ones in Montezuma and they were great !
I have heard the ones in San ramon on the way to San Carlos are also good.
Almost all of them are very good, so choose the closest one or the most convenient to where you will be .
