I have been to thailand lots and am going to phillipines in may this year .....and i was thinking of going to costa rico in september................im in it all for the beach's,partys and girls............is this another wise place to go for similar activitys ? ? Additional Details is it as cheap as thailand and phillipines also ? ?
LOL. My mom and her hubby are going this thursday! and yes, it is considered a party place as well. they have nude beaches.
