They do wear hats when they need to, like anywhere else.

No. Only the Mexicans need to wear it because it is custom for the men to wear it.

LOL, no... venezuelans don't wear sombreros... in the central part of the country however the equivalent of the cowboys wear a type of 'cowboy' hat... other than that, there aren't any typical Venezuelan hats.

Your correct answer is the Venezuelan men do not wear the sombreros but however the Mexican men do need to wear it.

Sombreros are hats. Most boys wear baseball caps. People dress in Caracas just like the people in the US.
