I think so.... I am Colombian and I remember back in Colombia color isn't really a huge deal as it is in some other societies.
most people will acknowledge you're black, white etc. but is not like a big deal to any body if a white person marries black or stuff like that.... or to see a mixed race person since most colombians are mixed race.......

Definitely. Colombia has a population with African backgrounds. I have some Colombian friends & they definitely don't descriminate. I am Mexican, I don't descriminate either.

I have found that Colombians tend to give preference to lighter skin colors. They are not as blatant about it as some other mixed race people, but they are still doing it. That said beauty comes in all colors and Colombian men love beautiful women.
