Colombia is not a jungle full of sickness.... If you are going to a big city you dont need anything. Maybe if you are going to the Amazon jungle you might need something but you should specify to what part are you going and for how long....

The NHS (http://www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk) suggest the following for Colombia:
Courses or boosters usually advised: tetanus; typhoid; hepatitis A; yellow fever.
Vaccines sometimes advised: rabies; hepatitis B; tuberculosis; diphtheria; cholera
I've tended to use the Medical Advice Service for Travellers Aborad (http://www.masta.org) as they keep their information more accurate and updated more frequently than the free sites. They charge about 3GBP for to provide health info for up to 10 countries you wish to travel to in the next 12 months.
