Hello

Where in the Caribbean you are from?

When you visit countries like Panama and Costa Rica most other countries don't need visas to travel.

I will recommend for you to call each countries consulate to get the full information.

Good Luck!

Well, I don't know how it works in Costa Rica, but in Panama you can check this site and figure out by yourself

I am not sure about Panama but according to costaricalaw.com you do not need a visa before arriving if you are from the Caribbean. However, you should check the webpage because citizens of some Caribbean countries are allowed to enter for 90 days while others only for 30 days.

It depends where you coming from. If you are an American citizen no you dont need a visa
