Latin america is already a superpower region... it provides food, have some of the greatest reservoirs of minerals and natural gas and natural resources...
you just haven't noticed yet ;) |

there aren't enough service industries, monetary policies are weak lowering the ability of growth, there are newtrade agreements and latin america is trying but it will take to much effort for 20 years, education is the key and with strong support of their young maybe next generation can do it. |
