el salvador is an extremely poor country only the few who can afford it have it, it is a big luxory in their country. the internet is the same and the ones who can afford a couple house go to internet cafes owned by alot of the white americans that retire there.

of course they do thay have both.

Yes, El Salvador has both internet and phones.

Internet cafes are available even in smaller towns outside of the few larger cities. Also, there are pay phones all over aside from regular land-line house phones and cell phones all over the place.

I have lived there and currently work in the states but still with a school in El Salvador and we have computer classes (with internet) for children as young as kindergarten.

Just typing in www.elsalvador.com and you can see proof that they indeed to have the internet. That site is the online version of one of El Salvador's two largest print newspapers.

yes they do. it is a poor country but it has been updating with the times. so internet and internet cafes for those that can't afford a home computer.
I actually have family there and they have cellular phones and live in a lovely home that their family has purchased.

yes, the capital especially even has indoor plumbing and electicity.
actually, even the rural areas have electricity . they have cell phones and land lines as well as the internet.
