Yeah like Luis said the Uncaf is going on right now. Its a championship where all Central American soccer teams play each other to see whoçs best in Central A. I think there are 7 teams. But the games are all being played in Honduras this year. The teams are Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Panama.
You should look up Uncaf in wikipedia.
Today Costa Rica played Panama and beat Panama 3-0.

yea go with the uncaf tournament or also there was protest all over the country because the government increased its minimum wage but companies starting firing people staing it had no money to increase there pay but if they would work for cheaper than they would re hire them. so there was protest against companies for firing people without cause |

Well I don't know how current this will be, but in October and November many citizens of Roatan took to the streets to protest increases in power from the local power company. They created quite a disturbance leading to the closings of the airport and seaports, and not allowing cruise ships to dock, nor airplanes to take off and land. |
