Latin America is all interesting. It depends on what you want..
Festivals.....you have many... Now that summer is coming...in january starts the Carnaval in Montevideo (Uruguay), and in
february you have the famous Carnaval de Rio ( Brazil)
Beaches and cities... Rio de Janeiro..Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Bogota, the first is a important city of Brazil and the other ones capital cities of Uruguay ,Argentina and Colombia
. All are cosmopolitan cities.
The most famous south american beach is Punta del Este, in Uruguay.
As I said............all depends on what you are looking for.
